The only burger that comes to mind (even though it's not from the south) is: A Mushroom Burger from Burger Baron in Edmonton. Even with the many locations that are in and around the Edmonton area there are only two great spots: 7920 118 Avenue Nw (close to Rexall Place) and 15250 111 Avenue Nw.
